    New hotness!!! (NON-custom 1911 pr0n)

Got another one back from my gunsmith today. It started life as a Colt Rail Gun. Don Williams with The Action Works did the work. I wanted this to match the custom Delta Elite that he already did for me. Happily, a lot of the work was already done by Colt so the bill for this was (a lot) cheaper than the Delta. (Frame was already high cut, Novaks slots already cut, ejection port already lowered and flared, and rail already present)

Here is what I had him do:
Install/match EGW bushing, spring guide and plug
    Install/match EGW single sided safety
    Install EGW mag release
Install/match weld Stan Chen legacy magwell suite and MSH
Checker front strap and MSH 25lpi
    recrown and bevel barrel
    series 70 conversion
    Install/match STI aluminum trigger
    Trigger job to 2.8lbs
    tighten slide/frame fit
Cerakote frame, Colt medallions, MSH, grip safety and slide Sniper Gray
    Cerakote everything else matte black

    whatcha think?

    Pretty cool.

When I get back home I'll enhance this thread with pictures of the two 1911's I have been building in Nebraska for the past 2 weeks.
