New MSP on-line Registration Process

Effective Jan 1 2017, MSP will kick off their new on-line registration process.
No handwritten forms, all on-line, with $10 fee by Debit card or Credit card only.

If this is a dupe, Mods please delete. I searched and found nothing...or maybe I searched the wrong place. Sorry for that...
