The real hot news is that the grip is 45ACP-compatible... hoping Sig brings those back along with this. Would love to see a new version that was optics ready.

Their R&D team has hacked our brains.
The funny thing is, it's not even that hard. Just listen to the users who actually run their guns hard. If it works for them, it'll work for everyone. Sig and Walther do it, and they put out some excellent pistols as a result.

Sig wants me broke and destitute.

Sig is hitting stuff out of the park Like a roided out Barry Bonds.
A P220 was already on the list for this year. Now I've got the itch to add this one as well. I'll fight the temptation, just like I always "fight" adding another 9mm to the collection. However, I also know enough to know that I lose those fights every single time. Potato chip theory.

I was all set to start looking for a S&W when this happens.

Now, the roster question...is this a paperwork submission for a new caliber since the P320 45acp is already there, or is it a brand new model called "X-Ten" requiring a sample to be submitted?

Now if HK will only come out with a VP10, my confusion will be complete.

How long will it be before it hit the Maryland handgun roster? To my knowledge the new S&W 10mm still isn’t on the roster

Didn't make the upcoming meeting, so it will be more like end of October. The new 10mm S&W is also not on the agenda for this meeting, FYI.

It was added at least two weeks ago.

Between this and the new S&W I'm having a hard time deciding which I like better.
The 40 grit Grips on the S&W were enough for me to consider a glock..... This Applies to all the 2.0 full-size, I love my 1st Gen S&W M&P9

The P320 has decent feel but while I wait for mine to get out of MSP jail, I ordered the Wilson Combat Grip Module
