New Smith & Wesson Model 64

Here are some pix of a S&W Model 64 .38sp I picked up used recently. It is a former Virginia DMV security guard carry piece. Aside from some holster wear on the grips and some fine surface scratches, it is tight, clean and hardly fired. The best part is I paid $50+$35 for the transfer. Really.

lifetime warranty?

You might want to contact S&W about there lifetime warranty. Your new gun may still be under warranty. Sometimes they will honor it even though it's second hand. That would really make the deal sweet!

What's funny is when you think of how much more it must have cost Smith to make that gun compared to a $600 polymer pistol you might buy today.

My dad has one that i shoot regularly and it freaking drives tacks. Awesome gun. I would bet my life that it will fire when the trigger is pulled, unless of course there is a cartridge malfunction
