New SurgeX from Rugged

I guess Rugged is on the HUB mount bandwagon. This should make a few people happy. More than a couple folks here, expressed disappointment that the Surge was a great .30 cal can, but lacked the universal mounting ability. I guess they listened, because I got an email today, from Rugged, introducing their new Surge, that does have it. It would be nice, if they included a muzzle device, unlike the Alaskan. I wonder if a titanium version is on the horizon

I looked at that and since I already have the Rugged Radiant, I don't think this would buy me anything. Also, the RUM just adds weight. That being said - if you think you are going to have multiple brands of 30 cans, that would be an advantage.
