newbie from aa county, hunt and shoot in garrett county

Hello everyone, long time lurker. first time posting tonight. Been trolling all the info on here to submit a ccp app come aug 8. Gave up on it two years ago when I discovered the g&s requirement and what that entailed. I shoot and hunt regularly in Garrett county, but live in Anne Arundel. I'm at the savage river state forest range whenever I'm out there because I don't want to pay for a membership at one of the few ranges in range (ha) and it's a great facility. I also go to the PG county trap range once in a blue moon. Love the wealth of info on here and all the vocal and responsible gun owners. Just wish there were more in this state...

edit: Would like to hear more about and/or visit the 12th precinct club if any member would like to chime in. Is this facility near the aa co. police training facility off of 214?. Need to put more rounds downrange before I go to ccp class.
