    Not clear what you mean. The ATF I believe holds everything on every transaction. The FBI is asked to destroy any research they do on the check for you the next business day, in terms of if you were a hit on a database they check and the research they do, unless you have a VAF with them.

    That just means that the FBI destroys the check research, the check research resulting docs are still at the source where they found them.

    Anything and everything you do that can be monitored electronically will be stored in Utah forever.

    NICS checks expire after 30 days. The source data is forever. Non criminal finger print checks are not supposed to be kept either but I agree that's probably not reality as we know it today.

    Ask Obama.

    Like someone mentioned Everything electronic is stored. Send a Western Union, Look at some questions asked Have you ever lived here? Did you own this Car? I just applied for a new job, The interviewer ask me if my DOT Med card was on file at the MVA He said they sent me a letter May 1st, True I did receive a letter but how did he know? Scary what they know.
