    ....The deer went nocturnal from the pressure you put on them.

    You'll have to give them a break. If you got shot at during daylight hours but not at night what would you do? It's not just you, its the pressure from everyone in your area.

    After shotgun give them a few weeks to settle down then start feeding them again either in the morning or midday. They'll come back.

    Actually late bow season is extremely productive if you bait them in since they don't have anything else to eat but you still have to give them a few weeks to stop being so nervous.

    I'm having this problem now too. Seems like opening day of rifle is the only productive one anymore. After that its like someone turned the switch off and they all move at night. Been like that every year I've hunted. Not sure there is a real good remedy to the issue. Even if you let up on the pressure everyone else wont. Timed feeders might help but pressure is the main issue.

    This seems to be the case for me too. I always see deer early in the season, and then they taper off. Trail camera shows plenty of them at night though.
