    Welcome, from Crofton!
What kinds of shooting are you into?
Obviously AR's, given the 80% thread... very cool, what else?

No I don't think so. He asked a good, well thought out question, and showed up over here in the introductions when it was suggested.

I'll take that as a nod of approval, thanks. :)

What's that about, though? What sort of agenda do folks normally come around with?

I'm mostly into target shooting, casual clay shooting, etc. I have a few ARs, a few pistols, some shotguns, and a couple of hunting rifles. My lever action '94 Winchester 30-30 is my favorite piece (and I can shoot a flea off a squirrel with it through open sights.) The most recent addition is a Beretta 1301 Comp which I'm in the process of using some Christmas capital to dress up as we speak. 'Tis a very nice machine, and I can't wait to get a new tube extension on it and see how it can really do.

I joined up here because I'm acquainted with the VP of MSI, and he suggested it. I've been shooting and accumulating hardware for almost 20 years, and I'm at a point where income and time may permit involvement in a shooting club or some such thing - so I'll have my ear to the ground on that too.

Any suggestions from the crowd on a good place to shoot some sporting clays in the Westminster area?
