Noob question about FFL transfers...

    Handguns, NO! You have to go through a FFL in your state of residence.

    The only 2 ways around the MSP handgun roster is to AOW the handgun which is an additional expense. The other is, if you are a member of the military who purchases a firearm in the state you declare your residence.

    I was going to have them ship it here.. just didn't know if they would be able to transfer it even though they can't outright sell it lol. I guess I should of just used common sense.. sigh. lol

    Not legal, sorry. The FFL wherever the soldier is must comply with MD law when he sells the gun.

    Example, a soldier from MD based in TX wants to buy a gun not on the roster. The TX FFL can't sell the gun since it isn't legal in MD.

    Ah ok, that's what I had seen but wasn't sure if they were just talking about the smaller calibers that can actually fit close to that many with standard mags lol.

    The stick is a 15 round mag
    The drums are 25 rounds
