Norma Eco Speed 24 grain .22lr jamming issues.

Anyone else have jamming issues with Norma Eco Speed 24 grain.22lr ammo?

They oil the brass and it stovepipes and FTE on my Walther. It's strange because the Walther generally eats anything.
