This place in Hampshire County offers deer and quail hunting, sporting clays, and other outdoor opportunities. Been thinking about doing a hunt out there, but have yet to make it down there. Has anyone gone down there for a quail hunt? That area is in a CWD zone, so that brings with it some considerations. Oh yeah, they have a cabin and offer some camping too.

The CWD thing is out of hand in Hampshire county, the hype about it that is.
I hunt in the county, have relatives there, my brother and sister graduated from high school there and no one any of us know have seen or killed any deer with CWD.
I've spoken to several of the biologist at DNR Romney while checking deer and was told its blown up to keep hunters aware of the possibility of running onto deer that might have it. The original deer were found in the Slainsville area.
