First Steps Pistol Class w/ HQL
Limited to 12 students​

This class will be held from 8 am to 12pm on 4/12/2014 and will include Firearm Instruction, Responsibility, and Safety Training. Your fee will provide you a copy of the Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, FIRST Steps Course completion certificate, along with range time, ammunition and targets. An addendum has been added to the classroom portion of this class, which will qualify for the HQL (Handgun Qualification License) Application This HQL is required for the purchase of a handgun in the State of Maryland. Also included is a copy of pertinent handgun laws as well as step by step instruction on how to complete your HQL application. The cost is $75.00 (pre-registration required).
