NRA hi Power classification stickers

Just got my new card in the mail today.

There were not any stickers in the envelope. I'd like to upgrade the ones on the truck. Do the stickers ship with the card or do they ship seperately?

Came with the card in the past. I don't know if they're still sending out stickers or if the program was discontinued.

Never got any stickers with mine. I did get a certificate and a really cheap pewter looking pin when I made highmaster though.
