Sad situation
I95 South near Calverton exit as we passed up the accident
One dead lying in the 2nd lane from the right
Only saw 2 cars and curious if anyone know how to find out how this happened
Was driver not wearing seat belt? Was it a pedestrian?
Position of body away from car was like it was a pedestrian or the driver of rear car got out after collision
