I would be in favor of a "Forum members meet-up picture thread" where pictures of epic meet-ups of all members were welcome to be posted, and their shenanigans discussed...... but this thread (though awesome) represents only a small part of MDS members, and I do not think it deserves a sticky.

With 22K members, one photo op really doesn't deserve a sticky. We need to sticky the photos from when we flooded Annapolis to fight SB281.

I hadn't thought of it, but good point. No reason why other pics couldn't be posted with our little welcoming committee.

That photo has probably been made sticky enough by people to not need additional attention from folks.
