http://aimsurplus.com they are pretty much the gold standard for online dealers in C&R.

http://classicarms.us have heard the new owners arent very knowledgable on MD laws and so dont ship some stuff, they may be the same for dc i dunno, but they do have some good stuff and great prices.

http://empirearms.com this guy's prices are a tad high at times, but fair, he hand picks all the product he sells, he describes it all very well and has pics, he always has lots of interesting stuff, sign up for his mailing list, most of the stuff he sells never even makes it to his site cause its sold off the mailing list in less than 24 hours. if you are looking for interesting C&R stuff or something specific he is the guy to go to.

http://samcoglobal.com these people have some cool stuff, but expect EXTREMELY slow service, they will get you your stuff and its good stuff, but they are well known for being very slow.

couple of other dealers that have good stuff sometimes.
