Would you be able to put together an upper in those hours? If so what is cost? I have a barrel I want taken off an upper and placed on a billet upper I have along with gas block I already cut down. I have the proprietary wrench for the rail. I just don't have an standard ar armors tool and dpms block to do the billet upper.
