Looks like a good deal. Probably on par with all the other in-house assembly operations. Thanks for sharing.

    Specs don't look bad.

For the cost, it could be a smoking deal or a steaming pile. Only one way to find out though...

That is almost too cheap to walk away from............

If it runs at worst its a spare upper.

Price is "very" good - like buying a barrel and getting the rest for free.

My only concern might be that the 16" barrel combined with the pistol-length gas system would be hard on the equipment. Probably not a factor unless used with supersonic loads. Have an adjustable gas block on my .300, heck, all my AR builds.

If your going to shoot standard/super-sonic ammo, then I would avoid this.

Just my opinion, but I don't think one gun can shoot both sub and super without some changes being made.

If this is "designed" to shoot sub, than the gas port hole is big enough for a huge gas-dump to expel all of the gasses before the bullet leaves the bore.

That same gas port hole may allow way too much gas to be expelled when shooting super-sonic.

    Newton. Smart man.

Not bad. I specifically decided against getting a 300 BLK barrel over 10.5" as after 9" you pretty much fall victim to diminishing returns in regards to barrel length/accuracy, but if you want to use a rifle build instead of going a "pistol/brace" build, ain't bad.
