Bobby mac specialized in snubbies. Most of the stuff I've bought from galco has been good quality. A lot depends on what type he wants. I used a lou alessi guardian (not what he's asking for) for my 649 to back up whatever semi auto I was carrying. Never owned any of his belt holsters but the workmanship on my rig was first class. Se of the guys I know swear by sparks for their leather, others by rosen. Cant, position, attachment, and features will lit choices based on preference.
Lots of choices. But, avoid any high riding holster. I find that the center of the cylinder should be at or below the mid-line of the belt or the gun won't stay tucked against the body. This is even more the case with an IWB snubby holster.
