Doesn't PA have a ruling that all signs are unenforceable unless it's a federal or state building like post office/police dept? Though I believe if caught with a firearm in places with a sign you can be asked to leave, if refused you can be charged with trespassing.

Looks like hospitals you can but not mental health facilities.

There's nothing in PA law that I'm aware of which causes a criminal issue. Like all businesses though, you will be asked to leave and charged with trespassing if you do not.

My wife used to work at a community hospital in PA. They have a "no-guns" policy. An MD was seen changing in the locker room with a gun and reported. He was nearly fired and then had to sign a document saying he wouldn't do that again. Likewise for the police are asked to stow firearms in their vehicle.

There have been gang fights in the parking lot of the hospital which my wife used to work in.

I worked inpatient psych through college. No guns. We even had the Secret Service disarm when they came to investigate a guy who threatened the President.
