Now if its for other FL CCW or Utah, you will need actual passport photos, no way around those.

Florida lets you upload a photo online now too. I did the whole Fl app online last night minus the prints. They still don’t take Livescan apparently.

My son took a picture of me standing in our bathtub, as that’s the only white wall we have. Cropped it while in the application in the MSP Portal. Could not have been easier.

when they need a hard copy just take on your phone then go to CVS self service photo center. I did that for passport pics a while ago

Anyone on here found a decent way to take the passport photos at home? The last hang up for my wife and I. Would some advice on sizing on my phone/ apps

I just took a selfie in front of my pantry door. Cropped it a little and sent it in. Just got my permit in the mail last week. Only took 30 days.

Livescan prints usually must done in the state where you are applying.

I know Identago has a service where they will send out of state prints to another state but not sure MSP would accept them

Go to your google play store and download passport photo app. Very simple to use.

THIS! Just take a selfie against a white background, like a wall or Robert Byrd. You can crop it in the application itself to just show head and shoulders.

One I’ve used many times is…

There are several others available now. But I like the onscreen guide that helps get the picture composed properly.
