Phil the Groundhog is Worthless!

In Garrett County we place ZERO faith in Phil's predictions. In fact, most folks here would shoot the little b'tard if he came nosing around.

Even though we got spoiled with a warm up last week, winter is back. Here's the good news:

• The sub-zero temps should be in the past
• Sunday's forecast is "Mostly sunny, with a high near 51"
• That sounds like great Hooligan Weekend Shootin' weather to me
