So how long until some Democrat introduces a bill to repeal the Lawful Commerce Act?

Sandy and Lonnie Phillips are the parents of Jessica Ghawi, one of the victims of the Aurora movie theater shooting. The lawsuit was backed by the anti-gun Brady Center.

The case was dismissed for failure to overcome the industry protections in the federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act

If they were using Arnold and Porter, that just set them back a very pretty penny. Most of the partners there bill at over $800/hr

This lawsuit was akin to suing a ballot printer, because a candidate lost.

Its good to see frivilous lawsuits tossed.

I'm happy any time the Brady bunch takes a hit.
I've done business with Lucky Gunner. I'm glad they prevailed.
