Someone recently purchased online a pistol grip and brace for a 20 Ga. Mossberg Shockwave. Now the Biden administration says they must turn it in. Living in the People's Republic of Maryland, does this person need to worry?
Article quote:
"Second Amendment advocates were apoplectic over new requirements for gun owners to register existing pistols equipped with stabilizing braces with the government within 120 days, else they must remove the brace or surrender the firearm to ATF."
Since this person was required to have an HQL to purchase the Shockwave, I wonder if it falls under this new law?
Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions.
