PMFs in PA?

Does anyone on this Forum know the status of personal made firearms in PA as of today or any proposed laws in their Legislature? I was wondering if it is still legal to purchase un-serialized 80% lowers in PA or own un-serialized complete PMFs in PA (unlike the laws we now have in MD or are about to go in to effect March 1st of this year)?
