We, at Precision Firearms will support our industry and the law abiding citizens of our country by refusing to sell our products to states, counties, cities, and municipalities of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California ,Massachusetts, and the City of Chicago. If Maryland passes the draconian bill currently in Assembly, we will need to add them as well. We are not against Law Enforcement, but we are against the attempt to control the rights of law abiding citizens and allowing Law Enforcement a loophole in which they can purchase what other citizens cannot. To quote from our constitution: “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed”. The beginnings of a Police State start with the Cooperation of local police. We can better understand the future by understanding the past. Look at Nazi Germany for a not so distant history example. We will, however, continue to sell our products to those citizens of the above mentioned states and localities as long as we can do so without breaking laws. Those Chief of Police, Sheriffs, and city police chiefs in these restricted areas that agree in writing to the letter and spirit of the Second Amendment can also purchase from us.

Bravo to Precision Firearms. We need others in the industry to take a stand.

    A lot already have: List

Following LaRue tacticals lead I believe (even though Barrett did it as well yers ago). The list shows anti-New York sales, but they have since been extended to ALL municipalities that adopt these draconian laws. :party29:

These are nice people. I have purchased from them. Recently at the Nations Gun show in VA I made the observation that while most vendors had raised prices significantly theirs were pretty much the same as the last time I was there. The girls said "we aren't trying to take advantage of people". She said they had to bring the price on mags up a little or one person would buy them all and walk around selling them for a profit.

They are requiring a written agreement to uphold the 2A from Law enforcement. I don't think that is a bad way to address it. If Precision discovers their written testimony was bogus, they can cut contracts and stop sales at that point.

How are they going to find out. All a PD or SD has to do is offer the the letter get their order and go about business as usual. Its not like these PD or SD are giving them an IDIQ contract, it will be a large order to fill their needs and they will call back when they need more.
