    Anybody have any clarification if these are able to be purchased in the state? Not on the list as banned or not banned.

    May be a dumb question.

    I speculate that this is a no go because this is basically a traditional DI AR15, only with a different handguard / barrel nut assembly to assist with easy takedown.

    Because these parts are likely 100% interchangeable with MD banned configurations, I would presume that this would also be deemed as banned, at least in 5.56 caliber.

    That’s what I figured. The .260 version is approved on the list but that’s probably because it’s not 5.56. Can’t wait to move from this state. Appreciate the reply
