    Good Morning All,
I recently upgraded my muzzleloader and am looking into selling my old one. Years ago I knew it was pretty simple to sell, you didn't need an FFL or anything, the purchaser just had to be 18. Have the laws changed? I've searched and everything I have found is a few years old and I know how much things have changed in the past 3-5 years with Maryland and gun laws.

    Thanks,
    JOMA

Because you could put a Pardner shotgun or Handirifle barrel on it
I have 3 of the H&R "Sidekick" Muzzle Loaders,, same as the huntsman. Except they altered the barrel and receiver lockup slightly, so ONLY the ML barrel will fit and close.

Enjoy one of the last bastions of freedom in the private sale of a smoke-pole. MGA has tried once already to make this a crime... they will try again.

Several years running . It was Dumais's pet goal when she was Judiciary Commity.

Yup. It's the same as a bow.

Even if you lose your franchise to own firearms, you can still own muzzle loaders.
In most states. A few states ban felons from owning muzzleloaders and/or they must be true antiques or replicas of an antique (so they couldn't be a modern inline muzzleloader). MD is not one of those though.

Canada regulates muzzleloaders as firearms. *SMH*

Then again, the UK regulates knives as weapons of mass destruction.
