I took it to the range yesterday for the time. It shot great and functioned perfectly. The only thing that happened was, the takedown pin worked halfway
out. No big deal pushed it back in. I'm pretty sure that did not cause this problem.
When I cleaned the gun today, I noticed a nice little gouge in the bolt. It's in the grove the guide rod follows. Nothing is binding and it still seems to function fine. The rod just clears the part of the bolt that's dinged.
Should I send it back to Beretta? Should I take to someone local and ask them for their opinion first? This gun is new and I did clean it before I shot it yesterday. I'm 99.9% sure the bolt was fine before shooting it.
