Do you guys plan of offering MDS members any kind of promos (reduced transfer fees, X% off certain items, etc)?

Bought an HBAR from you guys about 10 years ago, love your setup.

    Thanks.

I'm working on coming up with an across the board reduced transfer rate that would be applicable in all cases, and I certainly have no problem providing discounts on multiple transfers, especially for designated collectors. It all comes down to how much time I have to spend on each transfer, and how much paperwork is involved.

Generally, regulated transfers are $100, which includes the MSP fee. We accept almost any transfer on any item at any time, even the inconvenient ones. We are a 02/07 FFL, we can provide a fired shell casing for $25 for new handguns. You are not required to purchase an internal safety lock if you can provide one at the time you pick up your handgun. I will post an update soon, but I am currenlty leaning towards $50 transfers for Mdshooters members. I think that should suffice for just about every situation, unless I get another guy with 24 stripped lowers who isn't a designated collector and doesn't understand why we cant do paperwork on them all at once.

Sorry to keep asking but any word on a final decision for the $50 transfers for MDS members? You guys are much closer to me than gun connection (who i believe charges that across the board for all mds member transfers) so I much rather come to you guys if at all possible.

    Thanks!

All transfers for MDS members are $50. MSP fee is $10, and you are not required to purchase an integrated lock as long as you have one with you when taking delivery of your handgun. Otherwise, locks are available for $25. If necessary, we can provide a fired shell casing for $25.
ALL TRANSFER FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN CASH.
We generally release firearms in 8 days, although sometimes it may take an extra day or two, due to the fact that we are only open 4 days a week.

Please keep in mind that we have limited storage available on a short term basis. I cannot store large quantities of firearms for months on end, so if you are not a designated collector, do not ship 12 guns to me and expect to do paperwork once a month for the next year. We will store a maximum of 2 guns at a time for those who are not designated collectors, no exceptions. If there are extenuating circumstances (i.e. a pending designated collector letter expected within the month), then by all means, let us know and we will do our best to be accommodating to your situation.

PLEASE CONTACT US PROIR TO INITIATING ANY TRANSFERS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED TRANSFERS, NOR DO WE ASSIST IN PERSON TO PERSON TRANSFERS ON THE SPOT. We will take transfers in from non licensees, but anything going through the shop will get logged into our books and the gun will be stored on premises.

    Thanks
