Purchasing AR15 stripped lower receiver..

Maryland law states..

"No more than one regulated firearm may be purchased in a 30-day period, except in certain circumstances"

Is this mean I can only purchase one stripped lower per month??

I know it is almost impossible to get even one now but.....

you can buy as many as you want but must wait 30days per EACH one before your next purchase.

You can buy 2, but then have to wait 60 days before purchasing another regulated firearm. I don't know about the other post that says you can buy more at one time. You can also become a Designated Collector at which point you can buy as many as you like.

If you get the MD Designated collector you can purchase more than one firearm per month.

I backordered two receivers last week.
(I should check the MD law first before rushed get anything.)
It may not even going to ship at all but
Could it possible to my FFL dealer can hold on one and release to me after 30 days?
Could I make one to my wife's name or should I cancel one order?

You can buy 2 at the same time. You will have to wait 60 days to purchase another regulated firearm. Send in the paperwork to be a MD designated collector. You can buy as many as you want. It comes back pretty quickly.

2 = 60 days 3 = 90 days and so on....
