Recommend me a Glock 43 retention mag pouch

I'm having a tough time finding a retention IWB mag patch for Glock 43 mags. I typically buy my holsters from Gunfighters inc, but they don't appear to have an IWB mag pouch option. I'm interested to hear what others are using and like. Thanks.

What is a retention mag pouch?
Snap/flap over the top?
Kydex with tension screw?

Anyway, Vedder brand is a popular one.

I use a Vedder holster.
My mags are Shield Arms 15 round for the 43X.
The Shield Arms pouch I use is reversible. It can be OWB(as pictured), and the clip can be installed on the front of i want to go IWB with it.
