Here are some links for free manuals:

    Alliant Reloader’s Guide: https://www.alliantpowder.com/resources/catalog.aspx

    Western Powders: https://hodgdonpowderco.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/WesternPowdersHandloadingGuide8.0_WEB-1.pdf

    Hodgdon (2019): https://www.lhs-germany.de/fileadmin/media/Mediathek/Pulver/2019/Hodgdon_Basic_Manual_2019.pdf

Hodgdon Load Data (not a manual): https://www.hodgdonreloading.com/reloading-data-center

EDIT: it’s rumored that reloading books can be found on torrent sites, but I wouldn’t even know where to start with something like that.

I wan to go back and restate what was presented in post 12 which has been edited.

Phillip B Sharpe's Complete Guide to Reloading.

A reader could really learn a thing or two by having a look at this one!
Even though there is data, its more of an educational work.
