Is the Rock River LAR-PDS a legal to own pistol in Maryland. I've done a search here and the Maryland handgun registry and had no luck finding an answer.

I see no reason this wouldn't be approved. The Engage, LWRC, and Sig pistols are on the list. This uses non-standard AR parts also, which is a plus if they cry assault long gun.

I would talk to Engage about their experience with getting their pistol listed. I think you would find it enlightening. :)

Does anyone know of a way to search the handgun roaster more effectively. I tried to use a search feature but it would not produce results, it seems you have yo go through page by page looking for your information.

Maybe I'll give them a call. Again this fits the bill as far as an allowed AR style pistol in Maryland just less a buffer tube.

I know about that. The thing with this is the proprietary upper/parts. That seemed to be the board's first question (which did not end up mattering.)
