The PSL is not a real Druganov. Looks like you still need the receiver and internal parts kit to finish it off. I don't know now easy that is to achieve. If you do a MDS search on Romanian PSL you will get more info on it.

Essentially its the same thing as an AK build. You buy a complete receiver or an 80% (and drill some of your own holes foregoing the MSP/7 day wait BS) and then rivet it together. Thing is, the kit is kind of expensive considering you would have to buy the receiver and scope/mount.
