No 10/22 is regulated they're all cash and carry.

Not on the regulated list means cash and carry. On the regulated list means banned on Oct 1st.

There was a "stock" 10/22 in the pawn shop on 40W in Frederick yesterday. I don't know if it is still there. The more desirable guns seem to go fast.

Are you set on a 10/22?

If not, Constitutional Firearms in Laurel has some really nice CZs and Savages on the wall.

I just bought one of the Savages and a scope from them and couldn't be happier.
