Anyone know if this is MD approved yet?

It's model #3248 DAO with no external safety or mag disconnect safety.

Not sure about .380, but you'd likely still have 7rds flush magazine and same overall dimensions so 9mm would bee my choice.

I just wanna know when i can buy one in MD.

You're right. Misread it. Pro not there. Ruger probably has one in the queue already for review. If you call MSP licensing tomorrow (still Ms. Jenkins?), they can confirm if one has been submitted.

LC9 on top (w/TechnaClip on it)
    LC9s Pro on bottom

Interesting about the list, my "friend" (who ironically has the same exact sofa I do!) didn't have any issues when he had his transferred a few weeks ago. He is waiting or Technaclip to make a clip for it so he can CCW it.

I'm jealous of your "friend's" luck. I'd expect to no be able to buy it since it isn't on the roster. I don't know how that roster garbage works though. It isn't like LC9s Pro is banned.
