Having shot a few rounds through an S&W 500, all I can say is um.....well that was fun, but you can keep it.:D

Yup, I'm a wimp. I found it fun to shoot only in the way one finds enjoyment in losing their virginity to the ugliest girl in the class; I'm glad I got it over with, and I don't need to do THAT again anytime soon......

My father has one and I shot it. It wasn't all that bad actually. In truth I'd rather shoot that thing for an afternoon than shoot an unmodified P64

Ive seen it, It looks NIB. Its compensated and has 8 3/4" barrel. Shouldnt be that bad for recoil. Maybe if your shooting the hottest and heavy loads, it will feel like artillery comming out of your hand.

The 460 and 500 magnums are fairly tamed down when you have the length and compensated. My .44 mag 629 has more recoil than my 460.
