    While the 100' requirement is gone it still lists places that would be prohibited and describes what would be a new process to get a permit which includes 4 references and a face to face with the Secretary of the MSP.

    And the required references have to write little assessments of your propensity to violence, etc. It also adds rest stops to prohibited places along with every possible location they could think of. Just reading this revised crap raised my blood pressure.

    More absurdity from the MGA. None of this should fly once challenged in court. Just sickening we have to do this dance every year from these clown.

    Regarding personal references / moral character, this 2022 page mentions 1st and 2nd amendment conflicts (for another location.)
