    Has Waldstreicher forgotten that Bianchi got GVR'ed? The AWB has not been determined to be constitutional until Bianchi has gone through 4CA, and probably SCOTUS, again.

    It’s a terrible social burden to have these emotionally volatile and immature personalities project their psychopathology onto us, then make bad law for grownups, without any recourse.

    Keeping with the stereotype of a politician, Waldstreicher continually sidestepped Folden's questions about crimes/homicides committed by permit holders vs possessing firearms illegally.

    It is nice to see Folden, as a police officer, is opposed to SB1.
