She had previously announced her retirement, effective at the end of this term. Her expirement was more recently announced, effective immediately.

Terrific news, thank you MSI. I'm at the beach this weekend, and it's good to know I can still legally carry at restaurants down here and other private property. Those are the two parts of the law I have the biggest issue with. Even an Obama judge showed a little bit of sanity.
