The statement you were probably looking for would be : We have no National Forests in Maryland
Thanks, Deep Lurker. This article was enlightening. It looks like this year we'll be faced with legislative proposals like:The benefit of being so visible in public is that our messages and the Patriots holding signs also headline and illustrate some news articles, exactly what we intend.
From today’s news: a comprehensive article about the preliminary injunction with interviews with MGA legislators, including a key Democrat, who voted against SB-1.
Worth the read just for that. (The screen cap of the text below is just the opening section. The article also reveals WaldstreiKKKer the lawyer won’t answer legal questions about his own bill.)
(Oddly, this particular article refers only to the Kipke lawsuit, and makes no mention of MSI’s litigation; fortunately MSI is credited in many news accounts elsewhere and on YouTube.)
Judge blocks parts of new Maryland gun law
A federal court judge Friday blocked parts of a new Maryland law that limits areas where gun owners in Maryland are allowed to carry concealed or open-wear firearms just as it was set to go into effect.cnsmaryland.org

You're right, I was thinking of National Forest, thanks for the correction. The statement you were probably looking for would be : We have no National Forests in Maryland
That's not what's going on here with SB-1 and private homes .
It's not banning carry in private homes . It's changing the default to ( non residents ) are not authorized . until residents gives permission .
May well fall in the main trial , but it's not the slam dunk on its face as open to public property .
While some might recommend not carrying (I'm not one of them), "no gun" signs and policies have no legal force in MD. As long as you're not asked to leave and then refuse you're fine to carry in malls with the current preliminary injunction in place.how about mall carry in MD
how about mall carry in MD
Record all interactions with the police."No Guns" signs do not have the force of law.
Concealed means concealed. You may ignore a "No Guns" sign posted at a mall or store open to the public, and you are not breaking the law at that point.
HOWEVER - Mall or Store personnel may ask you to leave if they believe you are carrying (or for any other reason) and at that point YOU MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
Do not argue. Do not object. Just leave immediately.
If you fail to leave immediately, you may be subject to arrest for trespassing.
But note well, O Grasshopper: your crime would be trespassing, not illegal carry.
But none of that will happen, because concealed means concealed
Especially how they react to being told you’re a Sovereign Citizen. They love that. Everyone involved gets to laugh and laugh.Record all interactions with the police.
lol.Especially how they react to being told you’re a Sovereign Citizen. They love that. Everyone involved gets to laugh and laugh.
lol.
Not even kidding. If there is a guy with a gun who is asked to leave, you can bet they are calling the po-po. Since you are doing nothing illegal, record it for posterity…and your own protection.
What about a no guns sign at BWI
Most likely.Actually your first hint that you've been spotted would probably be the policeman who wants to have a word with you.
Forsooth? What about a no guns sign at BWI
how about mall carry in MD
Doesn't worry me one bit sir.. What does worry me though is that I do not know what Forsooth means...Forsooth?
No offense but if it worries you so, perhaps you should just not carry.
