Minor correction - it has passed the MGA House with amendments. It must now go back to the Senate for approval/denial. If the House Amendments are denied, it heads to a conference committee and must receive another up/down vote in both houses.

Worst case - 1 more vote, then the Gov's desk
Best case - conference committee, 2 more votes, then either dead or Gov's desk

Sad to say but this was over before it started, now is the time to look to what steps are next.
Another shot to your backside thanks to Montgomery, PG, Baltimore City. People who know nothing about weapons, most of whom have only resided in Maryland for a few years while the families who have paid taxes for a few hundred years take it up the wazoo.

O'Malley's pay back for not supporting him last election, just like the gas tax Montgomery, PG, and Baltimore City make out like champs while the rest pay ENJOY

What were the amendments added/changed/removed from the senate bill?

Best case is a Senate filibuster and no vote. I'm not holding my breath though.

When does it go to the senate?

If it does get denied then it has to be amended and go through both senate and house again all before monday right?

Do they work weekends on this stuff?

Even still, if the senate does accept it as is. Thats in commitee correct? Then it has to go to the floor for vote, then the governors desk and be signed before monday still? Also monday is the cutoff. Does that mean that 2359 sunday night is the last chance or do they still get monday?

Really not shocked that it has passed. This state is why to far to the left but I grown up here and am stuck here. Wife is from the hills of TN and wants to move back to a real free state.
