this bill ladys and gentlemen is already unconsitutional. the house did the dumb thing of putting the that garbage about not being allowed to posess ammunition if you cant purchase a regulated firearm back in the bill. They worded it so its a 3 year jail stint ( cant remember the fine) and along with that if the minor is caught they can enter said minors dwelling and take all the firearms in said dwelling. To our advantage the house hasnt read the 4th ammendment

Folks, keep in mind that this isn't over yet. We still have:

    1. Conference Committee.
    2. At least one floor votes, possibly two (one in each house).
    3. SAF raking MOM, Gansler, & Co. over the coals in Federal Court.

Given Alan Gura's success rate, I place a lot of emphasis on #3....

You are kidding right???? This HAS passed, the senate is just formality and the courts have ruled AGAINST us VEREY single time, except ONCE with Judge Legg and that was OVER RULED.

thread title changed to reflect it has passed the House, not the Senate.

We very nearly had enough for a filibuster last time, let's keep the phones lit up and see if it can happen this time. Don't let up.

Degrange especially needs to hear from AA County gun owners in his district. He wants to have it both ways, he wants to vote for cloture to stop a filibuster, then vote against the bill to tell his constituents he's on their side. He obviously thinks his voters are too stupid to understand that a vote for cloture is a vote for a gun ban. Call his office and politely tell him otherwise.

    When do the protests begin?
When do we slam Annapolis with every gun owner in Maryland?
When do we stop playing nice and start raising hell letting them know its not ok?

If people aren't pissed now.... What's it gonna take?

The streets and stadium was packed when we won the SB.

    +1

I'm with you on that. Sad how many people will get behind over-payed atheletes, but won't stand up for our constitutional rights.
