Either the SVT or the VZ can start around 700 and go up.

If you were able to purchase a regulated firearm, I would also suggest the PSL. What a fun rifle!

FN-49. I got a 7mm Mauser for $750. The .30 caliber ones run around $1K, but you'll probably be the only one at the range with one.
