MSI is the only group actively working to help the serfs of this "state".
I stopped providing financial support to The NRA after FSA2013. Change My Mind.
Well, NRA and MSRPA's Malpasso v Palozzi case is one, but groups like the SAF and GOA have also worked directly for us here. I think that the big bats as far as actual influence with people in Annapolis goes are still with MSI though.
No. Short answer. As FFL I have data but it never goes anywhere until I go out of business. At that point I box up records and send them to a warehouse where by current law they are not allowed to go into an electronic database.
Last I knew all of that ends up sitting in some shipping containers outside of the Martinsburg office building. I saw a documentary on it a while ago.
Ooh, found it. It's from GQ and not particularly gun friendly, but if you ever wanted to know where the 4473s end up after an FFL goes out of business, here it is (there's also a cool look at the National Firearms Collection):
Only info that goes anywhere is about you for NICS check. Only thing about weapon is long gun, hand gun or other for Federal Form. State has data on handguns and other regulated sales in MD
Exactly. A lot of people are confused about the NICS check, too. No information on the actual gun is transmitted other than the type, and anyone who's ever been a part of one of those calls will know that the people at NICS will NOT deviate from their script on those calls.
