Another thread got me thinking about targets yesterday and I figured this would be useful to a lot of members.

I print a lot of targets for the range. Here are a few of my favorite sites for targets.

Do a search pick one and bring it up to date. Actually I think it would be a good idea for the MOD's to merge the threads, there are a couple of others also, and make it a stickie. It would be helpful to new shooters and when you find a new site just tack it on.

Being an "informative" type thread I guess it would be okay, but half the time it's a no-win situation.

I don't think the thread being a duplicate is a sin.
The search function ain't great and somtimes sucks.
Besides, I can read and the title told me all I needed to know in deciding to open or not.

I guess I don't take this thing seriously enough.

Same here. I suppose I am guilty of not searching for a thread before I post one. On the other hand, it's not a crime.

The idea of a sticky is great. It is a shooters forum... We shoot... Mainly at targets. Why not have a sticky in the recreational shooting area for free target downloads.

no doubt, the search function is terrible. I can't tell you how many times I've searched a word and selected "search titles only" and I get results that don't even have that word.

I use TargetExlpress (http://www.mcw-tech.com/targetexpress/). It's not free ($14), but you can print just about every target imaginable and you can scale targets across multiple pages. It's sometimes a pain to tape large targets together, but for sighting in new scopes/rifles it's well worth it.
