I ordered a complete lower last week (to be shipped to a FFL) from Palmetto State Armory. The sent me an email back saying they wouldn’t ship it to Maryland. Did I miss something or are they being overly stupid?

That seems really odd - it would be no different than buying a handgun, and I just bought a 3-pack of stripped lowers a week or so ago. They shipped everything no question.

They get odd at times. You can have your ffl order it. I’ve had to do that a couple times. Once for a complete AR10 rifle. Didn’t make sense to me.

Is buying lowers any different than buying complete rifles? I have bought two complete rifles from PSA (Ruger AR556 about year and a half ago and a Ruger PCC within the last year). Both shipped to my local FFL (The Tackle Box in Lexington Park) who is listed as an approved FFL on the PSA website. No problems on the purchase and transfer of both guns…
