    Moving for a year across country and looking to move 8 long guns what is the best way to get them to the new location. We are flying not driving, is there a shipping option that from here to my new address.

    Yes,Ship to yourself. Get a myups account and you can redirect to will call if you are not there. Just like if you are going hunting out of state you can ship long guns.to yourself. UPS customer service should be able to help. You may need to use several boxes . You can't use all ups locations to ship . Mostly use a UPS center to do it.
    Set up the myups account under the new address.

    Fed Ex will also work if they are closer. Heck you could mail them if you'll be there before them.

    Sounds like the perfect thing then. Question would be if FFL will release them to you w/o OR DL. Don't know if you are planning to get one or not. If not, ship to yourself.
